Texas Sausage Company is located downtown in the east Austin Texas area. Our shop is just off of East 12th street. We are currently only open to our wholesale and business customers Monday- Friday 8am-3pm. For our retail customers please come visit our new location Big’s Meat Market open 7 days a week 7am-7pm. Located at 270 Old San Antonio Rd, Buda, TX, across from Cabelas
